Shipping policy

PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT

Ink & Estuary posters are printed to order by our fulfilment partner. Production begins after payment and order details have been accepted. Orders may enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Available delivery options, shipping charges and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout for the destination entered. Delivery estimates include expected production and transit times but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. Tracking information can take time to update after dispatch.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities or dispatched separately. Separate tracking details may be provided, and packages may arrive on different days.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact bud.dorrigo24@gmail.com immediately if an error is discovered. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order must be reproduced because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

DELAYS, LOST ORDERS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If tracking shows a problem, or an order has not arrived within 30 days after its estimated delivery date, email bud.dorrigo24@gmail.com with the order number and delivery details so we can investigate.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If an order arrives damaged, retain the item and packaging and contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Do not return the item unless we provide written instructions.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, handling fees or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
